Jacknife?

Use a leather case and put it in your tool bag. Hard to lose it that way.

I actually have a jackknife in addition to my regular pickset. It comes in handy when my main set would be "indiscreet". I normally carry it in my pocket or in a sheath on my belt.

The biggest downside with the jackknifes are the fact that they don't "feel" like a normal pick that everyone's used to. The handle is heavier and that can throw off your senses and rhythm when picking.

Just my $.02, though...

jackkinfe sets have horrible feedback, nice to carry in a pinch but dont expect to get into serious opening with them
