Easiest thing to do is visit your local locksmith with the code number and have them cut you a key. Price varies by region and from shop to shop.
Before you go, you need to know this. The code could either be a Hudson 5 wafer with 1041T keyway or Chicago 5 wafer with C1041N keyway.
You can visit www.kaba-ilco.com and download the key reference manual so you can see what the keyways actually look like.
That or have them cut one of each.
