I'm glad we didn't have to go to personal attacks here. Lets just drop this line of thought for now. You don't want to sound like a stalker.

dean, i was proving a point.
most people dont realise the amount of personal info flying around the net.

as for you saying "you may have helped someone who doesn't know better", why? because i gave your first name?

No because I agree there is way too much information. You are letting others know this and maybe they will try to protect them self’s.

Shut in some states you can change your driver’s license address on the internet. You can pull up almost any information on a person you wont. I have ordered SSI cards from the internet. It is even worse for those who have served in the US Armed forces ( I was US Army). Everything is available for anyone to see. I protect my self to some degree's but it’s just like a lock if someone takes the time to learn how they can pick the information right off the web.

I wish they had an edit utility on the forums. I forgot to mention something. Did you realize that the cookies located in your computer can hold credit card info, passwords, history of sites visited, social security numbers, drivers license, and everything else you don't wont about you going out.

CLEARE YOUR COCKIES, HISTORY, TEMP FILES, FORM DATA from your computer after you have sent Vidal information. Watch for a picture of a lock in the bottom right of the browser (No its not a master lock...I don't know what type it is LOL).

I think this information can help allot of people please be safe and cut your hard drives to smithereens before getting rid of a computer.

recently i got asked to trace someone. they needed to be told of a death in the family.
the person was last living in the UK but i finally tracked them down it the US.
i made some phone calls but most of the info was dragged off the net.

oh well back on topic, have your picks arrived yet and which set did you order?

No I didn't end up ordering my picks yet and I will tell you why.

I signed up for the locksmithing class and they include a couple of picks with the course. I figured it might be better to wait tell I get into those lessons so I have a little more understanding of the picks I need. I am also on a very tight budget right now. I have a programming project that wont be completed for another 2 months and I have to spend wisely tell I get paid from them. Worse yet I am trying to build a portfolio on programming and so I don't get as much as most programmers. I will be buying a good quality set when I make my order.

I also plan to trace them out on paper so I have a template to make my own after I have them. I know I can do this off the computer but I prefer to have them done right the first time.
The search button wants to be your friend. It is getting really lonely. Would you be its friend?
