before i begin, may i say i have NOT had the pleasure of using raimundos bogotas. hopefully someday, but today, not yet.
now, regardless of what ideas went into the bogota, the fact remains that raimundo has put them together into one tool. as far as i know, the peaks/valleys and spacing on the business end is his creation. personally, i havent seen any other company put tension wrenches on the back side/handle.
that doesnt mean it hasnt been done, it just means I* havent seen it. now, granted prior to seeing the bogota i thought it would be handy to have a tension wrench on the backside. i think i probably tried it when i was newer, that doesnt matter.
the whole point being, that raimundo put together the combo here, just like any other combined product, its not that anyones saying hes the first to do it, but that he took an already cool idea, and added his own creativity to it and made a great tool, that deserves a pat on the back.
and, as raimundo said, he doesnt talk about them much unless asked. in fact, have a look
HERE. this only further proves that point. hes not parading around the forums saying look what i made! hes being whats called modest.
quite frankly, if you dont have anything nice to say about one of our established members, then dont bother opening your mouth. as you can see, many of us have great respect for raimundo for not only his work with/on the bogota, but for his helpful and polite attitude.
now, i have other things to do then tell someone who hasnt been here long enough to know whos who, what a foolish post they have made. good day sir.
