Do you also discuss homemade advanced tools?I have quite a creative mind and like to puzzle on locks,but also design the tools to open them,picks,tensionwrenches,decoders,sputnik,combpick,but I am glad to read all the questions and try to figure things out,I learn every day a lot more,that,s the beauty of this site and its members!!!!

Please no discussion about dick and fart jokes... that's advanced material only!
But yeah, the Adv. Forums less active than the Buy/Sell/Trade forum. There's only so much original content that hasn't already been discussed, and since there aren't many newbie questions or bumpkey threads, it's generally pretty quiet until db has beans for dinner.

The best part about the advanced forums is that once you gain access to them you can totally forsake the books writen by the cursed Steven Hampton and his quack contemporaries.

Seriously,
Advanced area often has homemade tools suggestions and "hey guys i'm trying this what do you think?" or "Check out this kick butt lock I got " Nothing especially secretive, or evil. Much less busy than the public areas, but a reasonably higher signal to noise ratio. It's a good place. A very good place.
