Hy has any one taken of the plastic outer case on a bell padlock with out destroying it. I want to re pin it. I know it is a cheap lock but got time to kill.

the bell locks i have seen are just plastic coated cheap chinese laminated locks.
if this is what you have then the rivets holding it together will need to be ground off, possibly destroying the lock.

I'm disappointed
I saw the title of the thread and thought you meant Bell locks as in Eagle locks. They never had a plastic cover that I know of.

They are china made and as you said cheep, I gave it back they will have to find the key or by another one. it ha d alose hard pastick cover. thanks any way guys
