is there some supstance or some way (cheaper then the lock itself of course) to clean a lock from the outside and inside so that it works as it worked when i bought him.
and if there are some de-corosive liquids or something to put lock back in use

I use either electrical contact cleaner or brake cleaner depending on how gunked up the lock is. I give it a few squirts into the lock and work the key in it. I repeat that part a couple times or until the lock stops spewing out black residue. After that I clean out whatever is left in the lock with a can of compressed air you can buy at any electronics store and spray in a little RZ-50 or some other dry lubricant at the end. I prefer not to use graphite because in my experience with them, they tend to clog up a little depending on the cleaners you used to flush out the lock. Plus they are very messy and impossible to clean up.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

A better choice of a title might have been, "what is the best lock cleaner"? Titles like yours may seem fun when you are posting, but for the readers and people who may search for the info, they are useless.

Thats odd cause there are not that many posts on the site... possibly you were reading the same one over and over again.
Sorry to say this but if you don't have the time to research then I don't have the time to spoon feed you as I am not your mother and I don't love you.
Also try using the google site search feature and proper spelling as well as common mis-spellings.

I'd consider Shrub's post to be more spoon feeding than breast feeding.
Maybe just a variation in slang?

No Dave, much worse.
I'm curious why noone suggests teflon powder anymore. LAB makes a dry teflon powder lock lubricant to replace common graphite use.

Is teflon any better? All I know about it is that it doesn't leave a mess like graphite can.
