Looks like the same system as in American locks, open the shackle and there is probably a screw under it that when removed allows that bottom plate to be removed and the cylinder will drop out.
They call me the King, the big King. King Killa big wheeler cap peeler.

I dunno.. That one looks pretty cheap. I'd be surprised if it were rekeyable the easy way.

Supposedly "Max Security" so it should have some security pins...at least some spools, but I can't tell you until I open it next Sunday (the 10th).
