Locksmith Business in Chicago area...Laws, Rules, Etc...

I tried to do a search, and every time I tried my system would time out. So if there is another post like this please fee free to delete, and steer me in the right direction. I live in the west burbs of Chicago, and I am trying to find out what all the laws, and rules are in regards to a lock out business. I am sure that Chicago has a few extra laws on the books since it IS Chicago and they love doing everything the hard way...Does anyone here have any info about this?

Thanks for the link. I will have to dig a little thru it. Sorry about the too tall sig. After I looked at it I realised that it was a 33rd degree and not the 32nd degree eagle I was looking for...
