I will say though that as a noob you should be reading more than replieing as you dont know anything yet and adviseing others in your current knowledge state always ends up in tears, trust me ive seen it all before,

To the OP,
It is a double pronged tension wrench also known as othe rnames more so a wishbone wrench,
They are used on locks that need an even tension on the plug or in the most part wafer locks specifically double sided wafer locks,
Thos locks are difficult to pick if trying to use a normal wrench for various reasons,
The wrench you have in the SO set is the better of all the ones in these sorts of kits so eep hold of it,
Useing it as a extractor not only wouldnt work at all but would also damage your wrench so dont do that,
