Need some locks ?

The lockpick competition is a good idea. I wish that this kind of site and the competition was around in my hobbyist days.

You will probably need one or two locks to actually pick though.
If this is the case, let me know, as I have a selection of cheap and nasty to a box full with side bars etc.

Good picking.

right the competition is still going to be happening, I am very sorry that there has not been any updates sincle the last time i spoke here. I have been very very busy working but in my spare time i have been working on the competition.

The competition will be happening back end of this year, also I have been getting offers from companies wishing to sell lockpicking kits for reasonable prices at the competitions, so we will have lots of merchandise being sold, including t-shirts etc.

The LpUK website is down now as we are close to having the new website up and running. Be sure to keep checking for when its up and ready.

Since Im very busy I'll be mainly looking on the european threads and this thread.

Sorry it sounded like a good idea to begin with until Kids, Booze and cheap lockpicking kits were mentioned.

How about a decent industry one organized at Willenhall thats both proffesional and respected.

No offense like.

i think compo wise there should be catagories, ie ,

non bs lever locks

7 lever safe locks
cylinder locks

etc etc etc
and , novice , experienced catagories etc.

be good to get this as an annual event.

Is this still going to happen? Or has it been and gone?

I can't vote on it, but I would certainly be interested. I'm in Preston, and I'm 28 (29? still under 30, I know for sure...)
