Legge decode system v Legge pin and cam system

Guys

Next toy will be either the Safeventures Legge decode system, or their Legge pin and cam system. I am familiar with the p+c as i have their 114 kit.

Obviously a price difference - but which is better and which covers the broader range of Legge locks? Any disadvantages to either? The decode system probably covers just about all the Legges i am ever going to meet until I start hitting 2004 BS ones which wont be for a long while (i dont do warrants), or does it?? I only ever comes across the black 1980 loose hardplate ones or 1998 welded ones (rarely the yellow).

Any useful advice much appreciated.

Horse, i have both and cant remeber the last time i used the decoder,cant get on with those readings really but if you you put youre mind to it and a fair bit of practice not too bad. The pin and cam on the other hand is a gem and shouldnt let you down.

Martin (safeventures) says that the p+c kit also now comes with two plasticene reader keys and chart. Problem solved me thinks!
