Exacto also makes a padded version of their handles, a-la Peterson's handles. I use one with some old snap gun tips I have (I, unfortunately, don't yet have the knack for creating my own picks), and it has a good feel to it.

Personally, I'd recommend it.

I use isolating tape, it works perfect to me!

I did a search on this site for pictures of lock picks and found several others had made picks out of the razor knife handles I am talking about and wonder if anybody know where to get the handles with OUT the plastic insert that holds the blades?
