large? I took the pictures really close up, thought the keyboard might show some scale.. if you're talking about the wrench then I agree, but I've got a couple differently sized ones for different locks
I suppose I could shave a bit off the bottom of the wrench (opposite the teeth)
thanks!

Not sure if it is only personaly preference or not but for me the section beond the right angle which would go into the lock (name anyone?) is too long and may make consistant tension harder. How are you finding it to use?

Honestly, I hadn't messed with them much yet, but I see what you're getting at.
I'll start over with a shorter tip later today.. Dad says I have to get some work done on one of the websites we're hosting before I do anything else.. lol!

I didn't mean anything bad by it, i just wasn't sure either way. looks a bit un uniformed.

That's a neat hook profile, it should work well. Did you freehand it or work from a template?

I like that tensior size
I have noticed the euro keyways are notched downt he center to grab the key and reduce key bending.
This enlongated tensioner would be most helpful for some keyways.
Excellent job mate, very well done

the section beyond the bend is called the blade, and I don't think this one is too long, more like just right,

Good job man! I must say, you didn't do half bad on it.
Try looking for a nice sharp edged triangular file to make the teeth with, you can have more teeth in a smaller area with them. I like the size aswell, though it wouldn't be a bad idea to to make a couple different sizes or lengths.
Keep up the good work!

I stand well corrected then. Wrench im using is about 11mm blade and 2.5mm blade (for top tensioning). I like to pick behind the tensioner giving more space, anyone got some advice on this, especialy tensioning the top of the lock well.
