PCDI/Ashworth Locksmithing Program...Any Good?

Has anyone here used this course?

Also, I'm in Texas, is there anyone here that can explain the licensing process in Texas? I'm only finding info on getting a company license, I'm looking for a individual license to work for a company. Or does it not work like that in Texas? Can someone tell me how it works in Texas? Is getting into locksmithing worth it in Texas or am I better off as a computer network engineer. It's just that I'm in a low tech area where there is no computer work and there is no locksmith for 100 miles in any direction.

I did the course and liked it but found it a little lacking some hands on type things... One other complaint would be that you get some stuff that the course does not explain. (ie. Shims) I had to figure out what they were and how to use them.

I did like the Ilco 027A key machine you get as the graduation gift. 8)
