it's good to start with - you can re-key the cylinder (instructions and plug
follower included) and it also includes security pins for when you get
better. (give it a few months). added advantage, shipping costs will be
low because you're in canada. it may seem expensive but it will last a
very long time - you won't get sick of picking it because you can add more
pins, take them away and add different sizes..
