Just so you know .......
The Criminal Code of Canada requires all in Canada to have a pick license issued by the province you live in.
However only a few provinces issue these licenses, Alberta and BC being the two that I know of.
Alberta residents are required by law to have a pick license issued by the province, and then only issued to experianced locksmiths.
Residents of all other provinces have no provincal license they can apply for.
Having said that, many lockpick suppliers in the USA will ship to you with out it.
Many hobby lockpickers in Alberta and BC have had no problem ordering picks and getting them delivered.
Without a license in BC or Alberta, if you are found in possesion of lockpicks you can be criminally charged. So use common sense. Keep your picks at home, picking your own locks
