I live in Washougal (Washington--if you don't know, get out the atlas or ask anyone who does motor-cross) and I guess I'm as close as anyone else. What are the chances of putting a group together?

Are people still checking in to see how this thread is going?

Hey raimundo !!

Dexter, Orygun does exist but it is so small that it would be easy to miss. Its probably been 30 years since I've driven through there. The highway its on
leads to a major pass through the Cascade mountains into the central part of the state. Lots of truck traffic.
Most likely his store front business does exist. I'll check the next time I'm at the post office to see if Dexter really has a zip code.

i check in on this place from time to time, but the sad reality is that im 18, i live with my family, and particularly my mother, and she is STRONGLY opposed to me trying to meet people i have met on the internet, and even more so people on the internet from a lockpicking forum.

so maybe someday when im 40.

Well Cody, I'm not from oregon... but I'd say you might need to be around the site a little longer before people are gonna be opening their doors (punny!) to you...

I'm in Vancouver until September. I think a local monthly meeting would be pretty slick since a lot of the North Oregon/South Washington crowd is pretty spread out. A public meeting place would probably best as I don't want everyone to see the kwiksets on the doors . Perhaps a parking lot or a park?

I'm 17 and have been lock picking for almost a year. I live in beaverton to be exact. we should really all meet up, like at the beaverton city library. it has a nice park. but any where near portland is fine by me.

I've been up in portland fairly often recently. I'm gonna pass the organization buck, but if someone else wants to make it happen: I can probably make it.

2600 has meetings in the area. Hackers tend to pick locks these days so making it on the same day in the same area would make for a fun day.

Hello, I've been a member for a few years but still super new to lock picking - mainly due to the fact that I never had much time to work on it till the past month or two. I live in Vancouver Washington and am wanting to at least meet a couple people that want to practice with my friend and myself or meet and discuss techniques and so forth - If everyone is wanting to get together for a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly thing I'm always available to learn.
And drop me a message if you're interested in having a learning partner/practicing partner, blah blah blah you can PM me.
