lock data on Palm, PDA, and Smart Phones

There are (or were) many emulators that allowed PC applications to work on the palm platform.

Someone got Win98SE to run on the Dell Axim (ARM hardware) with QEMU...I miss my Axim. :(

I can see using an emulated Windows environment and an image of your LSS+ CD on a fast enough handheld.

I have a pocket pc running windows ce and want instacode on it, ive got instacode so dont want to get another version, is there anyway to copy it over and it still work? Ive been looking for programs to convert files and programs all morning and not found anything other than adobe for ce.

Correct. Instacode is developed with advanced algorythims in the coding. The encryption for mobile OS's is completely different code and converting the PC based version cannot work. It is absolutely necessary to have the version written for mobile OS's.
