I havent had this problem but i would guess you should try the key extractor(if you have one).

Its a pick like instrument that removes a broken key from your lock.

I havent used it yet but it might work for your problem.

If your lock has a little clip at the top that holds the pins down and that you can take off (like Kwikset locks) and take the pins out, then you can easily take the broken peice out of you lock (by taking the pins out). If not, then see above.

Please, use punctuation. It really improves the readibility of your messages. And no chat language like pls, thx. If you don't have the time to type English, don't type at all, please.

You never said if this lock is in a door or out of a door. You also never mentioned how much of the pick is in the lock. I'll make a guess and say it's just the tip of the pick that broke off. You also never said what kind of lock it is.

I doubt you will get it out with a key extractor. If it's in the door you will need to remove it. It may be possible to bang it against you hand to get it out. If not you will have to take it apart to get the broken pick out.

He could try shimming the pins up with something.....then he could just use a hook pick to get it. I had to do this one when a key got stuck in a lock while I was impressioning it. I had to use the use the thinnest piece of feeler gauge I could find...then cut a ramp at one end to slide it under the pins.

Before you pick a lock:
The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that
the lock is your's and secondly make sure its not in use.

As said until we get the locks location and make its pointless,

A picture of the lock showing the pick and how much has broken off would help,

If its a door lock thats used then serves you right,

Push the pick bit out from the baclk of the lock if you can otherwise lift the pins and shake it out,
