Hello guys, this is my first post ( and its in the wrong place) Anyway i guess you guys are going to laugh, but i have this cheap lock, its a Securit disk lock, i have tryed evrything with it, and i cant even set one pin  ive tried varying my tension, and nothing..Any ideas?

Is this the lock that goes on a motorcycles brake rotor to keep it from being stolen?

im not sure, it was just knocking about...it has no number or anything...Just Securit on it

Open an account at places like PhotoBucket, up load your pictures in there and paste the link to that uploaded picture into your messege here.

its just a normal type of discus lock similar to the abus.
i have picked 2 of these locks and they are quite easy to open. if you cant yet SPP it you should be able to rake it open.

I can SPP and rake locks, ive tried both, and nothing, cant even set a pin

Could this lock contain security drivers? I've never messed with these types of padlocks so I wouldn't really know the difficulty level of it

from what i remember there is no security pins in these locks. the keyway is quite small though so may just be oversetting pins.

Perhaps a slimline pick will do better than most picks to prevent the shaft of the tool from oversetting the first two pin stacks while working the back of the lock.

The keyway is small, and another thing ive noticed, in all my other locks there is a little amount of play in the cylinder, but in this lock there is nothing, ive tried evrything i can think of with it, but i cant get it open, oh well thanks for the help guys

You might also want to crank up the tension a bit, some of these locks have very stiff return springs that make it hard to tension it properly.
