Schlage maximum security deadbolt

I have a Schlage maximum security deadbolt , does anyone have diagram of the internal workings of this baby. Or does anyone have a special technique for picking or raking this lock.

To date I have been using a Long Jag Pick

and Double-Ended Tension Wrench

and raking the lock. I can hear a maximum of 4 clicks when I completely release the tension on the wrench, but have been so far unsuccessful.

Also that saw toothed rake works very well for me on schalage deadbolts.

Your right, seems he got no answer in that thread so made a new one of his own without waiting for a reply in the first one, ill leave it though as its titled well and is searchable easily,

In that case.....with that saw tooth rake you showed......what I do is push it straight in ...then in a short in and out movement I rock it a little also this combined with a very light to light pressure pops my opens my schlage every time...no mater how I've pinned it....so far.

do the practice exersice and start with one pin and build to the max amount of pins. Once you get there, you'll be able to single pin pick that lock in no time. I just bought a shlage 360 and it came with 4 spool pins in it. After starting with one and working my way up i can single pin pick it in 14 seconds. Still got lots to learn as i only have less then a month playing with locks.

another think dont always believe if you had four clicks that you set four top pins, you could have over set them.

Keep trying by varying the tension on the tension wrench and it will pop for you shortly. Also try to work the lock in the opposite direction. That sometimes helps.
