Finnish terms for tools and methods?

Postby Picklocking » 26 Aug 2007 15:12

This is mainly for Finnish users.

Im wondering where to find professional terms in Finnish language for all the tools and methods used. This is because we are trying to put up a Fin society of sportpickers and we are lacking the proper terms for everything.

If you know anyone who can help me or can do so your selfe please PM me or replye straight here.

Thanks in advance :)

Well, as has been talked about, I can start translating what I know and what I might know. Other than that, we need a real locksmith to help out, as some terms are lockspecific or in use somewhere else than Finland.

It is just that I think that the locksmith should be someones close buddy to devote his/her timer for this matter :)

I can't help you at all with Finnish :) But my book has an appendix with about 250 lock words in English, French, German and Italian. I was going to add Dutch, but Barry was too busy
