LoL no sorry not you I was talking about kostassk8 all he's been doing is saying either really random or useless posts on a bunch of threads most of which date back to 2003.

On to your question. The lock may just be really worn out or it could be rather dirty you may want to clean it out (brake cleaner works pretty good) and lube it with some lock approved lubricant (graphite, machine oil, etc). Most have an opinion to stay away from WD40 though because it seems to gum everything up after awhile.
