When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

"Father" was asking what would make a good case for picks.
My responce:
Deals, Dollar Tree, Dollar Mart
these are all stores here in the USA that sell stuff for just $1
I found a few different cases to hold reading glasses.
Mine is about the size of a computer mouse but half as wide
and it snaps shut. Leaf spring, not like a clothing snap.
Some are slightly smaller and the end cap slides off.
Kinda like a oversize magic marker, with a pocket clip.
Im not sure what kinda "cheap" stores they have where you live,
But Im sure you can find something there.
What do you guys use?
What are names of "cheap" stores where you live?

Chickenfeed, the Reject Shop, the Two Dollar Shop, that's about it here...
Oh, and off subject, if anyone's seen Purely Belter...

I thing that about it.

At the 99cent store in CA I found a small manicure set that came with a leather case that looked just like a pick case. I bought it and turned it into a pick case. Then I lost it. But yeah, places like the 99cent store is a great place to find weird crap that useful for people like us.

Since we're kind of on the topic, anyone heard of AxMan? We got a few in MN, not sure if they have any more in other states, great for making random crap.

i kinda lucked out. everything at my work is nagahyde. in fact we have a shop that does nothing but make naga. be it covering seats, chart pouches, etc. i just try to salvage naga when its time to replace then do what i can with it. most of the time it comes out looking like the cases from major lockpicking distributers. recomendation to anyone near a naval base, make friends with atleast one sailor and ask him to try to salvage naga for you when they re-naga their stuff.
