Well my trusty work colleague has died :( I have an EPG but its just not the same and the batt's are rubbish.... :? :( :cry:

Anyone used the Life guarantee? Who should i contact? It just wont snap anymore, don’t want to take it apart if it can be repaired foc.

Thanks, I tried that but the form wont go. goes to access denied 404 type page.

cant see an email.

Only had it about a year, but it was used quite a bit. I much prefaired it to the epg.

I had that happen to me and I did take it apart and there is a part that got hyperextended and just needed to be put back. it rides up and then snaps down. If you don't mind risking warranty issues, then by all means carefully remove the halvs and see. You don't have to try to monkey with it but just look at how it works and you might be able to fix it. But don't get mad at me if you mess it up. I was successful but that doesn't mean everyone will be.
