deadlatching panic bar set

Hi i need to price a church that has 2 seperate doors and they want to be able to have a panic pad/bar set up with a registered key on the outside. But here is the crunch they want the latch to be automatically deadlatched each time it is used. So it is always locked from the outside, with entry by key only, and a panic bar/pad set up on the inside. Can anyone help cos i need to quote them by tommorow.

I have no idea what is sold in the UK, but here, Van Duprin is the primary and perhaps only maker of panic bars, and these do relock, however, the mechanism is a latch, not a deadlockbolt. deadlock bolts do not exist on panic hardware, since deadbolts cannot latch, (spring out after closing)
