The Master 1630 is a lock made by Master specifically for lockers.
The keyhole in the centre is an override - allowing the keyholder (owner of ALL the lockers) to open them without the combination.
On other combination locks, you may find a keyhole in the centre of the dial, that actually locks the dial in place, so that a key must be used, before the combination can be dialled. This is not the case with the Master 1630.
This lock can also switch between 5 different combinations with the press of a button - allowing the combination of the lock to be changed to one of the 5 preset combinations each time the locker is allocated to a new person, locking out the previous user.
I don't think any further information about these belongs in the public forums.
