I am having a huge problem with LPS.com right now. I placed my order over 10 days ago and haven't received anything as of yet. My last 2 orders shipped the same day I ordered them! I thought I would get the same level of service the 3rd time. I have emailed customer service a few times and haven't received any replies and no one answers their order line either... Maybe you guys know whats going on.

give it 4 more days.... as they make note of allowing 14 days for delivery... call again and then file for a refund (through paypal or your CC)

Yesterday Ive ordered the 5 Piece Euro Lock Pick set(picks+book) and another book called 'the complete guide to lockpicking'.
Today I got my 'Shipment Confirmation', saying that my package is on its way to me! (Holland)

yesterday I recieved my goods from LPS. It only took 5 days from ordering to recieving. Not bad.

You shouldn't really worry about the status: P (Pending),
I placed an order on August 12th, received it something like five days later, and now when I logged on to my account and checked my order history,
it still shows Status: P  But yeah it can be worrysome when you're on a totally other timezone and the status doesn't seem to update.
