, can't you just go to CVS or any other drug store and they are in plastic jars on the counter (right next to the eyeglass repair kits and fingernail clippers) to buy I think they are something like $0.59 buy a whole bunch!!!

Cheers technik I am aware how the Tubular pick works what I meant was which material I'd use and method of construction, I've already made a start and shall post some pic's if it works.
salzi684 the case is a cheap nailfile thing that came in a small kit along with mirror scissors and such... As Absinthe said you can probably find one with some cheap makeup stuff, if not improvise there's always something you could use.

I Have made a tubular pick with a tubular kew and thin line tension tools from southord i just ground out the notches all the way to the top of the key and used a small pipe with notches to turn the key with a rubber band wrapped around the base of the key will malnipulateing the pins

i got one foe tubs
an allen key and a pokey for schlage locks to pop the handle/lever off
