Sorry to correct you JackNco, but the Pins on the upper side are active. We're actually talking about two different locks here, although they have the same face.
The original post shows the Abus EC750/EC850/Cisa Astral, which ist exactly the same lock sold under different brandings. To pick them, I use a standard snake pick inserted sideways (using SPP, not raking, of course).
Zikmik has a rare model, an old EC700/EC800. These were the predecessors of the EC750/850 and their upper pins are active. You can tell the difference by looking at the plug, which is smaller in the EC700, and at the "upper dimples" (the four) on the key, which vary in depth.

Oh, and your rake picks will only fit with a lot of luck - I haven't encoutered an EC750 which could be opened by raking yet. EC700 are even harder. So I'm afraid you have to rely on SPP.
