Also take your tension wrench or a small flat head screwdiver and twist the cylinder back and forth quickly a few times, not real hard though just enough to loosen things up brcause you dont want to dent the pins or gouge the keyway(not like that part matters )

I bought a Master lock no. 5 today and spp'd in under 30 seconds.

try bumping it. the lock might just be broken, if you can bump it, at least you know it works. also, after lubing it and knocking that bad boy around with a bump key for a bit, it might loosen things up, shake grit out, etc and make it pickable.
