How did you work that out? The thread was started on Thu 03 Mar, 2005 - it's now Sunday 09 Mar, 2008 - three years and six days in my reckoning. Maybe you count differently in Texas
In the UK action can be taken through the courts for up to six years so it's well within the bounds of possibility to get a refund.
I did this course ages ago and its not a new thing to me.
