I'm not sure if your wanting opinions on it or trying to sell it to people, from what I know they are not very popular.

Well they are made REALLY to teach people how locks work...and also to it help to learn how to pick locks when you can see whats going on inside the lock.

So do you guys think the one in the picture has a wrong key in it so you can see how the pins seperate or do you think its master keyed??

It looks kinda cloudy to me. I prefer the ones from Learn Locks.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

I haven't found cutaway or transparent locks to be all that helpful in learning how to actually pick a lock. All of the action seems to happen at a level that is really hard to see with the naked eye (for me anyway) and from a beginner standpoint when you don't really have a clear picture whats going on anyway it makes them rather pointless. I think its easier to get a cheap kwikset (most of which seem to have very wide pins which give good feedback) and just play around with varying numbers of pins. As far as learning how a lock works when functioning normally, with a key I think they're great.
