Yea, reminds me when a couple asked me about car clubs, I tried explaining that the choice is all about how defend against car theft (just turning the wheel, cutting the steering, blocking the gas pedal, etc,) but if it's picking you're concerned about none of those will help you (double sided wafer, the keys had the same bitting on both sides.) So another coworker comes along says "those can't be picked" and then the husband was like "I used to install locks, you can't pick these." I figured that there was no point arguing and let my coworker help them.

Now if anyone has a "the club" lock to send me, I'll show them. uh... I mean by picking the lock, not violence.

well I guess you got me there... I confused my reading on them. But, the only other tubular locks with this overlock feature I could find do state that they have 21 pins.

I'd make it interesting though....obviously knowing I was going to win. I'd throw in some terms to hustle more cash out of the smug MuFfIn lol something like 'If I pick it in 10 seconds I get the 500 AND free storage indefinitely..'

Haha. That will usually translates to "I used to be a shcool janitor" or "I am a self-proclaimed DIY expert and I installed a kwikset on my house once".

Well, the club is an excellent deterrent against car thieves, so long as you hold it like a bat while guarding your vehicle.
