Very few of us ever buy tools in a physical store. Firstly, it's hard to find a store that sells tools at all. Generally places like The Spy Shop will have them. However, if you do manage to find a physical store that sells tools you will almost certainly overpay dearly.

Virtually everyone here who has purchased tools has done so online. You could check with the site's sponsor www.lockpickshop.com for a decent set of tools. Many here recommend starting with a 14 piece set (or so).

If you use either of the two coupon codes on that site you will receive 10% off any regularly priced items:

well we are looking to start in November so still some issues to be arranged but basically we are looking at information sessions, practice sessions maybe even meet people in the industries.

and you will see a great variety of locks since I'm a locksmith

all in all, it's great times great people and good beer :P all we will need is an annual fee to be able to buy consumables, and equipment for the members to work on. and a proof that you don' have any criminal record (we don't want to get in trouble with all this)

so just send me an e-mail massieol@hotmail.com

PS: most of the people that are interested are french ATM

My other set of picks is a halligan and a sledge, I haven't found a lock they can't open :D

No, it seems there isn't anyone here with enough power to do so.

Never got any news about a futur meeting, thats just too bad, because we could learn from each other whole lot and Trade some locks.

Ive contacted vvroltaar maybe two or three month ago and never got an official date or conclusions of what we could do. I am sure that lots of us could be interested in attending a locksport reunion.

I would be willing to host some regular meetings at my apartment after a face to face meeting. Sunday nights are the most convenient for me. I am located on the island.
