Can anyone tell me anything about this key

I have a fairly nice Lock & Key collection and know what almost all of them go to but i have some i am stumped on, this is one of them. I will tell you everything i know about it just ask.

Thank You, I have tried Google many times looking for this info, how did you find it so fast? I was hoping it was something a little more security related but i guess it is still pretty cool.

sheer determination.

google.com didnt have anything so I went to google.co.uk

and started adding words to the search such as "chipkey manual" or "chipkey" + .pdf

which eventually brought me to http://www.petrovend.com/Literature/K800.pdf and that document has an actual picture of your key.

then I googled petrovend, chipkey k800, and the parent company OPW and Dover to get more info.
