The way this lock works is when the key is turned the two "arms"on the side pulls two wires connected to two bolts.

Disassmbling the lock mechanism. Two screws hold the wafer lock and the pick is used to release the final retainer waffer.

The blank used is a Silca LF28R.
The key is then impressed wafer by wafer.

All the wafers are as flushed to the plug as possible.

Almost finnished with the filing.

Once the plug turns freely in the hull housing the lock is ready to be put together.

This job took me just under an hour to do, this includes taking foto's and serving a few customers. Cut a spare key for the client and he was a happy chappy.
