I don't know much about europe, but I do know that lock picking is a bigger hobby in Europe than here in the States. You might want to try to find some local sport groups, they may be able to help you find professional tools. If you have bad luck, you could always try making your own
download Pyro's video if you havn't, it's an excellent guide. I used it to make my first home-made picks. They worked fine- but then i found a deal online that I couldn't resist so I purchased some SouthOrd picks. Good luck!
