Has the new MODS ran everybody off so you can impress the kiddies with your paperclip picking skills?

Welcome back. How do you know your posts are missing? If you used the search on LP101 it will not return results from before the site was upgraded. What posts are you missing? Titles please.

P.S. Whats with the attitude?

Hi, and welcome back? I guess you missed out on the great server crash of '07. If you are trying to find them by using Search, its not gonna work well, since when the board was moved to a new server I heard there was some bug with indexing past threads.

Clicking your profile and clicking "show all posts by capthook" yields many results. I show 41 pages of posts by you, about 615 in total...

I hope you don't seriously go back and look at all 622 to make sure they're all there, that's kinda.. .. weird.

poke around here, they're all listed in newest to oldest

welcome back and rest assured the new mods arent here to impress anyone. They just do a thankless job 24/7, and no I'm not a mod.

I posted a thread last night asking if any of the old crew was still around, and less than 12 hours later its gone.

Refresh your page.

It sure looked like spam from the title.

With the new addon we have to make deleting spam easier we don't have to look at the post. From the title of your thread if it had no replies it's easy to see how it was deleted. Especially when most of the spam removers would not remember the username from the past.

I almost deleted that thread myself until I looked at it and saw that it wasn't spam. Next time try a more descriptive topic.

EDIT: fixed it for you so no one else will delete it thinking it's spam. :P

The best way to search this site is to use google's advanced search options. You can enter to search only this site. It works better than LP101's search ever did.
