wendt bell pull. Newbie wants info

Hi there folks im just getting started in this game and have been purchasing tools when I read about a wendt bell pull but I have no idea what it is or does. So a bit of info or a link to somewhere that I can get a look at one would be great thanks

The bell puller is a tool for destructive entry, wich most people on here are not that keen on.

this is the set.

This is used as a last resort, when a cilinder is dammaged or for whatever reason not pickable.
