Kwikset Bitting

I Googled for quite a while and couldn't find it. Anyone know where I can get a bitting chart for a KW1 Kwikset lock?

There are 6 or 7 cuts on the KW1 based system. Some gauges have #7, some don't. I heard somewhere the 7th depth is only used when master keying.





One thing I figured out is that Kwikset cuts are very wide.

90° angle and 0.090" width and you have to wide it unless you have an extra wide cutter.

Spacing:
Start at 0.247" +0.150x

Root depth: 0.329 =1,0.306=2,0.283=3... 0.023 increments to #7
