There are several guides on LP101 that you can find with the help of the 'Search' feature.
It's a wonderful thing and will help you many a time with something you may be having trouble with.
But, since I'm here, I might as well do a quick run-down of the disassembly:
1. Remove the circlip at the back of the lock with a screwdriver or pliers
2. Pick the lock or use the keys and turn the cylinder 90 degrees in either direction
3. Pull the cylinder out the front, minding the pins that may fly out the back
4. Remove top and bottom pins, then replace with combination required.
There are other ways of doing this, but I find this way the easiest for me.
