the very first lock i learned on, yeh it's a hell of a lock to start on but, in like a week i can pick it blindfolded using my toes.

the cylinder removed, showing the lil sidebar locking thing that hold's in place, far different from the other kwikset i have that has the two prongs which is only 5pin compared to this which is 6, along with it's deadbolt buddy. thankfully the pins are all the same so i got a good bit of play in repining the deadbolt and this knob lock =D yay!

You dont need to be a dick about it. Hes trying and they are a start. Lots of people start with picks like that. Good start wolf hope to see more picks made from you. You should put a bit more time into them next time and work on the finish a bit more but you have a good starting point.

Sanding will help your feedback. As a good friend once explained it "Picking with unsanded tools is like having a whispered conversation in a crowded room."

Smooth picks increase clarity of sensation.

And I was certain it was "picking with unsanded tools is like having sex without foreplay: the tool is goes in'n'out, but the lock groans in pain" :P
