Centurian Locksmiths Ltd

This is the old Locksmith business info area and will be broken down to fill in the new sections below.

Centurian Locksmiths Ltd

It appears many hard working locksmiths have not been paid by this company; Centurian Locksmiths Ltd.

But which Centurian Locksmiths have you been dealing with?

There are three businesses in the Hull area registered or trading as Centurian Locksmiths !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do I hear the alarm bells ringing?

Where has our money gone?

Here are some addresses:

Centurian Locksmith Ltd
524 Hessle Rd
Hull
East Yorkshire
HU3 5BQ

Centurian Locksmith Ltd
15 Weldon Rd
Altrincham
Cheshire
WA14 4EJ

Centurian Locksmith Ltd
The Barn
Main St
Hotham
North Yorkshire
YO43 4UD

Centurian Locksmith (UK) Limited
6 Silver St
Hull
HU1 1JA

Centurian Locksmiths Ltd
Rectory Farm Barn
Rectory Lane
Hotham
North Yorkshire
YO43 4UW

Centurian Locksmith Ltd
Melton Court
Gibson Lane
Hull
HU14 3AJ

And here are some of the telephone numbers used:
01619283059 fax
08700840195 fax
08000747119
01482588111
07983437984
07976246254

Dave Yeoman appears to have links to all of these business's.

Two are registered UK companies and one is a basic Non-Limited Company.

A winding up order is pending. To be heard in Manchester 10/12/07

Do you have any further information?

If you are a creditor, it would be in your interest to register and attend the hearing, to prevent a "Quickie re-open next Monday" voluntary liquidation which appears to be what they are going for.

I haven't and wouldn't work for them, I know people that have and he's a s**t for doing what he's done.

What I will say peacefullockie is that when I'm not in the office, I have my phone diverted to my mobile, am I wrong to do this? Does it make people hate me too?

On the divert thing, better to have the call answered than to go to an answer phone, everyone hates that.

Dont get me wrong, if the caller is calling from a van then may-be the caller is'nt such a bad chap after-all.
Adding to that, it obviously depends on what van the caller drives.

Centurian Locksmiths Limited

Postby milner » 10 Dec 2007 12:14

Hi all,
Yeoman update:
In court today the judge allowed Centurian Locksmiths Limited to proceed with a voluntary liquidation.
The creditors meeting will take place this Friday. If you know anyone who is a creditor of this company please get them to contact me via this website or at least vote against the voluntary liquidation !!!!
It is in our interest not to allow this voluntary liquidation to take place. Lets force a winding up through the official receiver and get a full investigation of the assets and money that seem to be missing from this company.

You will not have to attend the creditors meeting, someone will take a proxy vote on your behalf.

If you wish to attend the meeting you will get a chance to ask questions as to the what where and why regarding this "business".

Time is not on our side.

Milner
