I'll try.
I can't really feel clicking because it's a unique lock.
It clicks hard on 0, and it has indents where it clicks on different numbers. (7 1 and 5)
However, I know that doesn't have to do with the combo.

Hi there. I had a problem like that recently. WE do shoe and bag repairs as well as locksmithing. One of my assistance depress the lever into lock postion and the client could not be contacted. We were pressed for time and out of desperation I did the following.

There is a lever or the part you depress down pass the bolt which will move the bolt into a little "u" shaped section under this lever. With a thin flat screwdrive, with very little pressure, move the lever up. This will bend the bolt a bit forcing the lever to spring open but not damaging the combo lock too much. The bolt can then be staighten.

The trick is not to use too much pressure when forcing the bolt up.

Good luck :)

OK, only use this info on cases your allowed to open, or I will have to shoot you.

Look down beside each wheel, either left or the right (usually the right) while you turn the wheel. Use a flash light or other light source to help.
At some point you'll see either a flat spot on the inner hub, or a line. Turn this flat spot/line facing up towards the slash mark/line up mark.
Line up all three wheels's flat spots or lines and try the latch. If it doesn't open, add 5 to each number.

Again, only to be used on your own cases or else.

hi. sorry that I'm replying only now but i have been on a break for a couple of days now.

Got some pic to help you with your dilema because it can get a bit confusing with all the description, a pic says a thousand words.

This is a combination lock for a brief case. The lock is in closed/locked position

Image

This is the lever that gets pressed into the body. Notice the "U" shaped bar on the bottom of the lever.

Image

This is the body of the lock. This is where the "U" shaped section of the lever slots in.

This is the bottom view of the lock when it is in the closed position. This is where the bolt slots into the 'u' shaped part of the lever.

A thin flat screwdriver can be wedged in the position where the red tag is. The screwdriver must be wiggled so that the retaining pin or bar bends a bit upwards thus allowing the lever to open. Putting a bit of pressure on the lever also can help. The trick is not to use too much pressure or this will break the lock.

The bolt can then be straightened and the combo lock can be used again.

Hope this is of use to you. Good luck.

all you need is a torch and a good eye
try to push the wheel to one side and turn it intill you can see a gap in the wheel

should actually be 10*10*10 combinations, or 1000.
same if it was 3 numbers 1-9, it would be 9*9*9, or 729.

I'm a math nerd. D:

You may be a math nerd but the numbers go from 0-9 lol so vitti you was right, its 1000 possibilities, as for my oppinion on opening the case, just go through the numbers in order, it will only take about 20min to go through them all (me and my brother had a padlock with the a 3 digit wheel lock and we would change the combo on eachother all the time) and theres a 50% chance youll get it your first 500 tries :)

ps: its much easier to keep track if you just go in order by turning the dials like the speedo in a car
