i just bought the universal bump key set from www.bump-j.com and i cant fiqure out how to use them any tips would be appreciated
why are pick resistant locks so much easier to pick

If you don't want to file them down then just stick the proper key(whatever key that will fit the keyhole) into the lock and pull it out one click or pin. Take something hard like the handle of a screw driver and hit the key into the lock while applying constant tension with your thumb. It takes practice but if you get good you can open locks in a matter of seconds. I can get some locks 9/10 times but personally picking is more fun.

If you look at the weblink you have posted, on the left hand side of the page is a "documentation" link. Click on that and there are detailed instructions on how to use.
If you want to see bumping in action, there are no end of videos on the net.
