I login today while waiting to go hiking and notice I have recieved this email.
Hello,
My name is Dmitry Rzhavsky, and I am the owner of Defenser.net
I have seen your post viewtopic.php?t=1423&highlight=defenser, where you have mentioned that you had some questions about my site. I have had some problems with email and that is why I didn’t receive your correspondence.
I also noticed that you are trying to find out, if I am associated with www.ThePickShop.com, NO I am NOT.
Please remove unverified comment that you have posted about my site:
7. Yet to be checked out, but a valid link:
http://shop.store.yahoo.com/defenser/index.html It has come to my attention that the defenser site may be related somehow to www.thepickshop.com If someone could pm me with more info (defenser refuses to return my email and I'm not that net friendly). That would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to find out the status on this link so that if it's bad no one else will get scammed.
I run a good legitimate business, and I have expanded my product line to over 600 products, I also process over hundred orders per week.
Thanks
Dmitry
I am going to be looking into the site, but if anyone would like to help me with it, please contact me using one of the message services I use.
Thanks in advance

I'd be interested in hearing more about 'em too, but I sure wouldn't take a chance with my money, for sure.

*insert witty comment here*

Thepickshop ripped me off about a half of a year ago. Good thing it was only $15.

This is a discussion forum. We discuss. We have discussions.
Shorter words: We talk about stuff. Sometimes we're right. Sometimes we're wrong. Sometimes we don't know whether we're right or we're wrong.
If we removed every unverified comment, we'd have one tenth the number of posts.
We now know that the guy claims he's not related to whatever site that was. I'm inclined to believe him. What I'm NOT inclined to do is buy from him, not with a response like that. He ought to have e-mailed more politely, at least, or signed up and introduced himself, at best. See Matt Blaze's request for image removal, and keep in mind that he had a lot more to be angry about then this dude.

THAN this dude, not then. Sorry. And I'm quoting this because it's why I don't think he was over the top.
And I'm done thread-hijacking now. Sorry about that.

Hi - saw your forum posts about Defenser - wanted to let you know I ordered from them a month ago and haven't received the product and can't get any response via email. Getting ready to call my credit card company and have them get my money back.
Email I got, so far, this site has NOT been verified and will remain on the watch list.

Ok, its been over a month and a half since I ordered my picks, no email, nor any picks. I am Verifying that this is a blacklisted site, and until the owner sends me my picks I ordered, the site will remain that way.
