How to stop picking?!

One of the "Ads by Google" on the left hand side of this site's pages said "9 minute guide to stop compulsive picking."
I thought it would be a good line to use for a retailer to show his wares etc. so I clicked on it.
Without making fun of anybody who is affected by what is probably a serious matter, please have a look by clicking this link (as the ads revolve and it might not be there right now).

You will get the real message straight away, but if you deliberately miss out a couple of words it is a superb read when relating it to compulsive LOCK PICKING!

2. A sharp increase in tension right before you begin picking.

3. An immediate sense of pleasure when finished picking.

The dangerous part about picking is that it actually becomes addicting.

There is no such thing when it comes to lockpicking.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture
