Just sharing my experience with everyone, those of you who have not used a hair clip as a tension wrench i'd seriously suggest it, might sound strange but i find they work great! In some situations i've actually reached for it instead of my other wrenchs, but thats just my opinion. They require no heating or anything and bend quite easily while staying strong.

All you need to do is to grab some pliers, put the top part in as far as you want it like for length ect and bend it down. You will need a vice to put it in if you want a twist. Or 2 sets of pliers
